FYI: Andrew "A-Hole" Westall didn't include Exhibit A in the hard copies that he distributed to the Commission and to the public on 02/29/12. And he initially excluded Exhibit A from the Commission's website on the grounds that it was "attorney-client privileged." But, there was no City Attorney involved in any of the communications, so sounds like more L.A. RICO MAFIA MOB IRRATIONAL, NON-LOGIC.
After Commissioner Helen Kim went to L.A. City Attorney for clarification of the Westhall bamboozlement, Exhibit A WAS included...and HERE it is...the document Westhole didn't want you to see. DOH!
