No council meeting for ZD on Monday (let the shadiness flow rampantly) while Dowd/Dogg sit in on 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in previous FEDERAL CASE regarding Venice Boardwalk that L.A. City already lost and a jury awarded Hunt/Dowd $500,000, already. (This case is SEPARATE from the Dowd/Dogg case that a judge ruled on, October 21, 2010 that has been covered extensively on this blog and across the internet.
